Join our team at Ashiqurtech agency as a full-time WordPress web designer. As a talented and creative designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients using the WordPress platform.

Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with project managers to understand website requirements and objectives.
✅ Design and create innovative website layouts, graphics, and visual elements using design tools.
✅ Develop functional WordPress websites, ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.
✅ Customize and modify existing WordPress themes to meet clients’ specific needs.
✅ Implement plugins and features to enhance website functionality.
✅ Optimize website performance and ensure fast loading speeds.
✅ Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix any design or functionality issues.
✅ Stay updated with design trends, WordPress updates, and industry best practices.
✅ Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of designs and functionality.

Requirements:
– At least 2 years of proven work experience with the WordPress platform.
– Have at least 3 WordPress live projects.
– Strong proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
– Excellent design skills using tools such as Elementor, Divi, or wp-bakery.
– Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
– Familiarity with SEO principles and implementation.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work in office time and schedule.
